The Universe has a way of coming back around on itself. And so do our professional lives. While it's been a little while since Litterbox has produced an interactive media project under our standard, you can rest assured that Both Hogan and Jim are still very much in the interactive video game.

Jim had gone Corporate. He's taken a Job with Ustream.tv as the company's head of Global Production Services where he brings his years of production experience to the worlds number one live streaming site.

Hogan now works for Premiere Entertainment as their Technical Producer - doubling down as a video encoding wizard and broadcast engineer. They're super busy bringing us all live red carpet movie and TV premieres.

Litterbox is still very much alive and well - our efforts are still being plied on the bleeding edge of live streaming video.
Occasionally our passions intersect with our professions. This was the case for Litterbox Founder Jim Downs, who just wrapped up production on the 3 week professional bicycle race, the Giro d'Italia for Television Network, Universal Sports.

We're not saying that we don't LOVE producing interactive video for major international brands - but there is that time in between sleep and work where we do the "things" we do. In Jim's case that "thing" is racing bicycles. So when he had the chance to work on the second biggest bike race in the world it was too good to pass on. Check back soon for some of Jim's Sports producing highlights including cold old opens, race recaps and tech features.
Keeping up with current events, Litterbox is back on the front lines. Working with Revision3, we produced and directed a live webcast from the Toyota headquarters in Southern California that took us right to the center of the storm.

For the program "Digg Dialogg" Digg users posed questions for Toyota President and COO, Jim Lentz, addressing pressing questions and concerns about Toyota's massive vehicle recall.
Welcome to Litterbox.tv! This freshly launched site showcases some of our best work across platforms. From TV broadcast to streaming and on-demand webcasts, 2009 has been a fantastic year for Jim Downs and Hogan Carter. We've produced some compelling interactive programming and had the opportunity to work with some great creative people, companies and brands. Special thanks goes out to our friends at havoc TV, Prettybird and CP+B.

We'd like to thank Daniel Lowetz for building litterbox.tv and delivering some super trick back-end tools that will allow us to keep the site looking updated and fresh. Also "chapeau" to Cami Vicencio for the art and page design.

From all of us at Litterbox - Have a happy holiday and may we all continue to prosper on 2010.

Best Wishes in the New Year,

Working with havoc Television and G4TV, Litterbox recently produced 4 episodes of interactive television for Activision's new music game, "DJ HERO."

Along with Writer/Director Chris Kasick, we dove deep into the Miami DJ scene for some truly amazing hands-on turntablism and cutting edge programming on havoc television's interactive TV platform.
Litterbox recently returned from Charlotte, NC - where we helped to determine if Nascar star Tony Steward really likes the Whopper.
